Now, I am working as an Upper Technician at Mr. Lube, while also doing my Graduate Certificate course in Sales and Marketing at Lambton College. While working there, I've learned a lot and gained a lot of abilities, like multitasking, effective communication, customer handing, a positive attitude, and developing strong bonds with my coworkers and customers.I also had some experience at Tim Hortons as a team member. There, I learned a lot, like teamwork, customer service, customer relationship development. I can proudly state that I'm regarded as a valuable employee of the business and have excelled in numerous target-related internal competitions. I consistently put my knowledge and concepts into practice, demonstrate my professionalism and abilities, and aid in the growth of the business.My previous 4.5 years' experience with Neon Laboratories Ltd. taught me a lot and now, I am sure that my experience further helps me to grow in Canada. In Neon, I had the responsibility of liaising with targeted doctors to prescribe our products by utilizing clinical trials effectively, keep focus on “Getting the Sale” by addressing HCP concerns, developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.I was also responsible for giving presentations to hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector, organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff, developing and managing an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance, keeping detailed records of all customer business, maintaining relationship with existing customers for repeat business, ensuring satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns.
