During the internship, I got the opportunity to intern under Senior Advocate Chetan Mittal. He has also held the post of Advocate General of Haryana. Under his guidance, I got the opportunity to research into diverse fields of law, including RERA Act, Service matters, Writ Petitions, Tender matters, Income Tax Act, Prevention of Corruption Act, etc.

Main focus of Internship was on Arbitration law, and constitutional law.Practical knowledge about client councelling and client dealing was incurred.Dealt with various cases in Delhi High Court and various district courts of Delhi

• Went through the proceedings of the court and LOK ADALAT.• Witnessed the proceedings of the Mediation Centre.• Witnessed the proceedings of SDM Court.• Got to know about various nitty- gritty of the case files and law documents• Got to know about the hearings and real working of the court and client dealing.

• Here intern is given responsibility of writing journal articles on various topics• Training is given in research and article writing.

• This internship greatly enhanced the research skills.• Published an article in their journal JLRJS, on topic “FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY IN REMOTE AREAS; WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS.”
