iNovine dd is part of the BAT (British American Tobacco) group. We have over 800 employees. As a Sales Director, I was responsible for 300 retail outlets and 700 employees. Scope of work:- creation and planning strategies of sales- development and improvement of retail network - organization, control and management of business processes- product portfolio and supplies management- listing of new products and pricing policy- planning sales activities and sales campaigns- staff organization and managing (performance review)- creation and realization of sales plans- monitoring and management business performance - cost Management- Monitoring and analysis of the market.

Managing and monitoring activities for Pincom Group companies. Pincom Group has consisted of 6 companies registered mainly for IT integration solutions, IT support and ERPs, security policies, document management systems and other IT related solutions for companies differing in size. I also participate in the development of one of the largest wind farms in Croatia. I was mainly responsible for financial analysis, project management and legislation related to the projects.
