· Design and drafting of all the electrical drawings: conceptual, detailed and as-built phase,· Designing solutions for electrical installations in cleanroom systems – low voltage electrical installation, cable transit in cable trays, conduits and inside cleanroom panels, earthing and grounding, lighting and emergency lighting, fire & gas detection systems, computer network (structural cabling) all in accordance with GMP standards,· Supervising and monitoring automation system installation: automatic door access control and airlock control system, EMS-equipment monitoring system, RMS-room monitoring system, BMS-building monitoring system, HCS-HVAC control system,· Monitoring and managing site progress activities of subcontractors and issue instructions to mitigate delays,· Attending site progress meetings, preparing and issuing minutes of meetings,· Regular inspection of work with the consultant to ensure compliance with the contract specifications,· Monitor and manage the process of site material submittals, shop drawings and inspection request to ensure both Consultant as well as the contractors’ performances are complying with the requirements of the project,· Coordinating information between design office and subcontractors,· Reviewing, updating and approving technical documentation,· Monitor project cost variations,· Assist in preparation of the monthly progress to the management,· Ensure all the as built records are handed over at the end of the project to the Client in line with the contract requirements
