Marketing Communications Manager
Current• Responsible for creating and maintaining all sales collateral including product catalogs, productbrochures, product reference guides.• Responsible for coordination of company presence at local and national medical industry exhibitions including ordering of all booth furnishings and services, the production of exhibit booth graphics, organization of exhibit equipment, and outbound and return shipments of all materials.• Develop print and digital advertisements, journal placements, and press releases• Develop and execute targeted advertising to help the sales management team recruit DSRs,and distributors. Targeted advertising to increase brand awareness with surgeons and hospitaladministration• Integrate a social media presence for the company through (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google My Business and Doc.social), and establish a social media plan to promote employee relations, new product launches, company events, and technologies. Manage the company corporate pressrelease schedule.• Manage our CRM platform. Deploy advertising, mass communication to distributors, socialmedia, text messaging through the marketing hub of the platform.• Develop and present internal training on our CRM platform and Advertising initiatives• Create and execute website enhancements and track analytics, create video content andoversee production of various multi-media projects with outside creative services providers,agencies, and vendors for trade shows, distribution partners, and employees.• Monitor competitors’ and partners’ social media presence and ensure distributors are promotingour products appropriately and staying within regulatory guidelines.• Provide consistent feedback on marketing, branding, and messaging opportunities for thecompany
