I had joined a precision machining metal fabrication company as Quality Assurance Manager in 2011. I am responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet or exceed the required quality standards. My key responsibilities was to oversee quality control and quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. To resolve the quality issue, I need to identify the actual/real root cause of the issue by implementing 8D, 7 QC tools, Why-Why and 4M analysis and take actions to prevent it from recurrence. I am fully involved in both QMS ISO9001 and EMS ISO 14001 with 12 years proven track records as lead auditor. Recently, I have given new challenges by top management to oversee the day-to-day operations of the factory and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. I had worked closely with sales, planner and production team by creating a production plan that takes into account the demand for products and the availability of resources such as raw materials, labor, and equipment. On the other hand, my main routine tasks was to hire the right talents, training, Gemba-Genchi-Genbutsu and motivating team members to develop a positive and productive and not to forget a safe working environment. I take pride in mentoring and developing team members, helping them to grow in their roles and develop new skills.In addition, I had to manage the factory's budget and ensure that costs are being controlled and minimized wherever possible. This involves analyzing expenses, identifying areas for cost savings, and implementing Kaizen, MFCA etc...Overall, my main duty was to ensure that products, services, and processes meet or exceed the customer requirements as well as established quality standards and are delivered on time.
