Identify the right ranges to place the products in to optimize the product selling rate. - Supply planning Management: Work closely with factories to ensure sufficient supply delivered on time to warehouse and to the stores through out the year. - Product Compliance: Identify products with Compliance issues and work with the legal team across SEA to bring in the products to this region.

- Partner with franchise partners on determining seasonal Order-To-Buy and alignment of financial targets. Forecast the order quantity for various launches and execute pre-season activities which include launch planning, allocation plan, pricing for new season products & range planning.- Undertake tactical actions to hit KPIs which includes sales targets, sell through and achieve optimal inventory level closing stocks. Proposed action plan that will improve inventory level and sales in the South Asia region.- Analyse sales data using analytical softwares. Execute and decide on in-season activities including repeating orders, product markdowns and consolidation.- Build and maintain productive relationships with franchise partners, understand the market situations of the countries and partners’ business to optimise business performance.

- Led projects such as managing and made improvements to the online learning platform system and came out with comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure documents for the platform. Planned and managed timeline to meet the deadline of the projects. Set targets to complete the different phase of the project.- Came out with proposal and did project initiation analysis for AR projects.- Supported in organising and preparing for customer events like Bosch Ville Singapore and did Augmented Reality demonstrations for customer events such as Innovation House in Thailand and annual Press Conference in Singapore.- Supported in creation of presentation slides for my regional Product Manager to present them in meetings such as presenting ideas of launching the new product to the management in Germany.
