- My responsibility is to deliver a premium experience of Polestar’s electric vehicles and brand for potential, new, and existing customers. I place great emphasis on the experience of customers, such as by offering complete test drives for potential customers, thereby capturing their interest in the vehicle and brand. - I am also responsible for connecting the customer to the sales department. By designing the car after the customers’ lifestyles and needs I create potential offers which the sales department completes.- During the 2023 summer, I independently operated two hubs in central Sweden, organized the meetings and trips to customers, and carried out the Test Drive service.

With great assortment knowledge, service mindedness and good communication I made sure the customer leaved the store satisfied. - At the Uppsala store I contributed to a more clear and standardised way of taking orders of equipment, with less room for misunderstandings.

- As the guests' main point of contact I was responsible for making their stay pleasant and worry free, to fulfill their wishes, and to solve eventual problems in the day-to-day. I solved problems mainly through coordinating and delegating work together with my colleagues. In the role I was responsible for, the room allocation, individual reservations and group bookings, all were correctly made before arrivals.- During 2021 we had high occupancy despite restrictions due to the pandemic, which created some challenges. Beyond the ordinary administrative work, I was also responsible for supporting the serving of food and beverages, and to help less experienced colleagues I created an easy-to-follow recipe list for the bar. - During 2022 more personnel were hired for the restaurant, when guest occupancy became greater, leading to me having more responsibility at the front desk, and a bigger challenge to organize and coordinate cleaning staff, room allocation, guest specific wishes, and more. I have interacted with thousands of guests from many different nationalities and backgrounds during my time at Scandic. I have also helped with the training of new colleagues in the reception.
