My Agenda is students, teachers, families, community and school. As an educational leader, my focus is always on what is best and safest for students, teachers and all stakeholders. My extensive and varied background in education at the school site in a leadership and innovator capacity, as well as experiences with professional development serve to highlight my well-rounded professional experiences as a school site leader, inspirer, and motivator. I come with extensive background in comprehensive school districts, as well as charter schools. I am completely bilingual/bicultural, and am driven by the desire to make school a positive, safe, and supportive place to spend the day. It is my firm belief that all students have a right to and can learn. The right instruction at the right time leads to success. Careful planning and instruction based on research-based strategies and proven models leads to highly effective instruction and positive results.Specialties: Professional development.
