Prepared Mid-America Pipeline Company, LLC's cost-of-service filing (IS05-216) for a FERC hearing which included preparing testimony and answering discovery requests. Managed the day-to-day filings of Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) tariffs, the preparation of volume forecasts and monitored operating results for a NGL pipeline business unit.

Managed the preparation of tariffs for crude oil, NGL and products pipelines. Created a Market Base Rate Model which led to a successful completion of a initial Market Base Rate Filing (OR99-6) which increased TEPPCO’s revenue annually. Successfully increased business opportunities for TEPPCO by providing regulatory support for the startup of Centennial Pipeline LLC (IS02-207) and the BASF/Atofina Chemical Pipelines (IS02-159 & IS02-187). Developed tariffs and transportation pricing strategies for crude, NGL, and petroleum products which reduced risk and increased revenues.

Monitored product quality for refined products & LPGs for an interstate products pipeline. This position required training on refined products and LPG product certifications plus interfacing with management, field personnel and U.S. Gulf Coast refinery personnel to ensure product received by the pipeline met specifications. The position also provided training in petroleum measurement and enhanced knowledge in volumetric accounting.
