I manage Greater Washington Corporate Banking Group for M&T Bank. We help clients create, protect, and realize shareholder value. Although we work with a wide variety of organizations in a number of different industries, we tend to work best with companies that are focused on growth and expansion. As an example, we recently helped a rapidly growing organization finance a large working capital need with a revolving credit facility while, at the same time, funding a construction loan and equipment financing for a new distribution warehouse. Given extent of the credit needs, our Debt Capital Markets Team engaged a financing syndicate. M&T Bank accelerated corporate cash flow with a state-of-the-art treasury management system. M&T Realty Capital Group provided cost effective long term real estate financing. In addition, our team has assisted company management to develop strategies for access to capital, alternative financing structures, and growing and protecting the owners’ personal wealth services through our Wilmington Trust partner. On a personal note, I am at my best when engaged in a meaningful way with my family, my clients and colleagues at work, and my fellow church members. I truly enjoy understanding what calls people to action and helping them develop themselves and enrich their lives. I love anything to do with my wife and two daughters. I am passionate about my volunteer activities. I enjoy the arts and have a limited ability to tap dance. I like all things Terps. I like bow ties, fedora hats, and bird hunting with my dog Andie. I am a U.S. history nut and the tennis court is my happy place.
