I am an educator and scholar dedicated to creating opportunities that allow us to grow and learn together. As society becomes more connected and aware of the social inequities that exist, there is a growing need to provide and practice empathy. We must acknowledge that there are things we do not know and be willing to embrace things that make us uncomfortable. My recent work focuses on leading Project AIM (Achieving Independence and Mobility) a new SNHU initiative to provide higher education to incarcerated individuals. My research in this area has taught me how important it is to include the voices of those that have been impacted to better understand how to ask the right questions. To come up with solutions that benefit the community, we must include the community.Special interest include:* The effects of culture on employee motivation, performance, and behavior* The historical relevance of economic, political, and cultural factors in Buenos Aires and the impact on worker motivation* Factors necessary to create a society of motivated and productive citizens* Ethnic Co-existence: Living as One in a Global Society* Current trade and business practices between the United States and Japan
