Lowell Duncan has an extensive background of more than 30-years in corporate, internal and marketing communications, public relations, and community relations. For nearly 15 years, Duncan was a principal of Dawson|Duncan Communications, Inc., a full service marketing communications and public relations agency in Dallas. Duncan was responsible for the firm’s lead-client, Guaranty Financial Group and Guaranty Bank, with retail operations in Texas and California, and a national lending presence. In 2006, Duncan joined the company to restructure its internal marketing group. From 1990-1992, he was vice president of marketing for Tandy Corporation (now Radio Shack, Inc.), the largest U.S. consumer electronics retailer, and was responsible for media relations and marketing communications. He coordinated the national introduction of new retail formats and several product launches. Prior to Tandy, Duncan served as vice president of corporate communications for American Airlines, Inc. where he was responsible for media relations, employee communications, the American Way Magazine, executive speech writing and community relations. He established an international corporate communications organization and his department produced the corporation's annual report which received the First Place Award in the airline industry for four consecutive years from Financial World Magazine.
