Includes mixed residential buildings, a retail village, civic buildings, and a hotel. - Leading a design team to develop a plan for the site that overcomes access issues, steep slopes, and capitalizes on vistas of the city and adjacent river.SHANGHAI TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY | Shanghai, CN [Academic, New Construction] - Winning masterplan competition entry. - 700,000 square meter site, 430,000 square meters built area above and below grade, 50+ buildings. - As the design architect, MRY leads a large multi-disciplinary team from Los Angeles and Shanghai. - Construction concludes March 2016.

ZHUANG RESIDENCE | Metropolitan Washington DC[Apartment Fit-out]- 84 square meters. Design/Build project delivery.- Handled all levels of project negotiation, design and construction. Completed in July 2011.RESIDENCE AT WHITE HALL | Charlottesville, VA[Residential, New Construction]- 790 square meter villa on 19 hectare lot.- Handled all levels of project negotiation and execution.

- Olio provides creative individuals in the Charlottesville area with an open forum to share their work. Presentations are limited to 20 slides and each slide is displayed for 20 seconds, creating a fluid and informal event. The event ran for 10 editions, drawing up to 150 people for each event.- Olio is a non-profit and relies on the generosity of its audience's donations.

LIMESTONE SPRINGS FARM | Charlottesville, VA[Residential, New Construction]- 344 square meter farmhouse & 84 square meter cottage on 32 ha lot. LEED Silver certification.- Served as lead designer and client liason. Completed in December 2009.

PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL MEDICINE: JEJU | Jeju Island, SK[Healthcare/Mixed-Use, New Construction]- 130,000 square meters. US$669 million project budget.- Design study for a regional luxury hospital. As lead designer, responsibilities included general massing, façade design, atrium, retail, and hotel design.- This project was featured in Forbes magazine in September 2008.THE READING HOSPITAL & MC: RADIOLOGY | Reading, PA[Healthcare, Infill]- 3,000 square meters. US$15 million- Assisted in the design, documentation and execution of the first phase renovation of the radiology facilities at Reading Hospital. Completed in 2009.U. OF ROCHESTER MC: NEW IMAGING & BED TOWER | Rochester, NY[Healthcare, New Construction]- 30,700 square meters. US$259 million project budget.- Worked directly with principals, project leads, and healthcare planners to develop a long term hospital replacement plan to present to the hospital’s executive board. To be completed in 2013.THE READING HOSPITAL & MC: R BUILDING MODERNIZATION | Reading, PA[Healthcare, Fit-out]- 3,250 square meters. US$11 million project budget.- Assisted in the design and documentation for entry façade and conference facility renovation.
