Originally selected as an intern to assist in the update and maintenance of the bank’s front-office policy and procedure intranet site during the summer of 2005. After becoming familiar with the bank and its relevant systems, joined the firm as a full-time Operations Specialist. Transitioned into Lead Operations Representative role upon bank’s acquisition by Bank of America in 2007. Responsibilities and accomplishments included: • Responsible for executing, verifying and testing site updates in development, QA and production environments.• Assisted in planning and execution of targeted marketing initiatives such as weekly firm-wide email campaign and “What’s New” page.• Responsible for maintenance of site’s change request/recordkeeping system containing six years of update history.• Planned and personally executed sweeping site content overhauls for two banking charter consolidations and Bank of America acquisition.• Business lead for two search engine migrations/upgrades.• Personally revised the design of site’s user interface and assisted in its implementation, beta testing and UAT.• Worked closely with business leaders from various lines of business to identify and execute regular site updates.• Directly supervised an intern through the summer of 2007.
