Thus, Employee Engagement is becoming an ever greater area of opportunity in Leadership Development, affecting both Top Line Revenue and Bottom Line ROI.I thrive at developing programs to train managers and professionals in leadership development, engagement, and to improve productivity.Leaders and teams gain through my unique Operations and Board Room experiences. Since I’ve sat at the table, I understand the personal drivers that senior leaders manage daily. However, I've also been on the front lines and understand what propels great customer service.I’ve had to overcome the depression of circumstances, started three companies from scratch, traveled and gone to school overseas, and nearly died from a life threatening illness.So, what do I bring to the table?Real Life Experience to go along with my professional credentials and accomplishments.I create a safe and creative space for leaders to grow and change. Their commitment to helping people overcome their circumstances is truly a much higher commission they strive for. I've been to their site numerous times and I have never run into a grumpy volunteer.
