With over 12 years of experience in various education and training roles, I have found that I am passionate about enhancing workforce development and empowering learners of all backgrounds and levels to succeed with learning new skills. As the Director of Training Services at RISE Partnership, I lead 3 large teams of trainers, instructional designers, and learning management system administrators who deliver high-quality and customized training solutions for workers in the various sectors of healthcare and State employees. Some of my core competencies include instructional design, training delivery, meeting facilitation, and project management. Prior to joining RISE Partnership, I was the Education Manager at Oregon Association of REALTORS®, where I created and managed multiple learning programs for the state-wide membership, as well as commercial property management for the Oregon REALTORS Plaza, LLC. I have a Master's degree in Adult and Higher Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology from Oregon State University along with an ATD certification in Instructional Design. In my personal time, I enjoy travelling, spending time with my family and pets, spending time in nature, bird watching, and wine tasting.
