About Jia Le Low

As an Assistant Director heading the Partnership & Startup Development team, I lead the team to establish strategic partnerships and thereafter build programmes with our strategic partners to support startups in three stages of their journey, whether they are day-1 founders, startups with high potential to grow and startups intending to internationalise into the respective SEA markets. I conceptualize, implement and monitor the overall team work plan, budget, account management process of our partners as well as cross-team coordination across the organization of engaging partners for various startup support. I oversee the various developmental programmes supporting startups in these three stages of their lifecycle and beyond in the organization, such as ACE.SG incubator, in-residence programmes and corporate-based innovation projects. Previously as a Senior Partnership Manager in the Innovation & Strategic Partnership Team, I establish and nurture strategic relationships with potential and existing partners, stakeholders, and clients. With a focus on relationship building, I had set strategic direction for partnerships, identifying new partnership opportunities, evaluating potential partners, and developing business plans for collaboration, securing a total revenue of over SGD500,000. I attained Master of Science in Innovation (MI) programme focusing on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Singapore Management University. As part of my master capstone project, I had co-developed new business model with an ice cream startup on developing a new product range of healthy ice creams. I had also worked with non-profit organisations, such as Singapore National Gallery and National Library Board on co-developing innovative solutions through design thinking workshops to improve arts and community engagement.
