- Head a team of 4 to establish strategic partnerships and thereafter build end-to-end programmes with our partners to support Singapore-based startups in various stages of their lifecycle, from Day-1 founders, startups with high growth potential to startups intending to internationalise to SEA markets. - Oversee the overall operations and coordination within the team and across the organization to ensure engagement of appropriate strategic partners and thereafter establishment of relevant programmes, activities with each partner for startup support. - Oversee the identification, engagement, negotiation and establishment of strategic partnership with key corporate stakeholders and sponsors in ACE.SG. - Coordinate with the Global Partnership Team to establish partnership with key SEA market partners and build programmes for bilateral exchanges of startup ecosystem between each country and Singapore. - Supervise the operations of developmental programmes for startups, including ACE.SG incubator and in-residence programmes. - Oversee the planning and operations of Stage One, a new initiative co-led by Enterprise Singapore and EDB to connect local and global startup communities, help them leverage Singapore as launchpad to scale overseas- Mentor team members to ensure regular engagement and account management with each partner. - Conceptualise, implement and monitor overall work plan, budget and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

Established strategic partnership with corporates (including Microsoft, PwC Singapore, NAVER Cloud, Glico, Panasonic), government agencies (including GovTech, IMDA) and trade associations (SGTech, Singapore Institute of Directors), secured a total of over SGD 400,000 in revenue. Initiated and negotiated with corporates, government agencies in establishing successful partnerships, resulting in securing 2 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with GovTech and NAVER Cloud. Designed and established new Sponsorship Programmes with corporates, bringing in a total of 3 corporate sponsors in 2023, secured a total revenue between SGD 100,000 to SGD 200,000. Re-designed the corporate membership offerings in ACE.SG and recruited more than 10 corporate members into the membership programme till date. Coordinated various innovation events with various stakeholders, including Innovation Conference, Pitch Event and business matching activities as the main programme manager. Successfully led the fourth edition of Panasonic Deep Tech Innovation Challenge (https://www.panasonic-dtic.com/) with budget between SGD 100,000 to SGD 200,000 as the Project Manager, with four startups successfully matched with the respective business units in Panasonic. Supported in startup scouting projects with budget between SGD 20,000 to SGD 80,000 for a Japanese MNC for potential collaboration opportunities. Successfully matched 6 startups with NAVER Cloud, Korea’s leading cloud service provider to be the first cohort of startups to be on board of NAVER Cloud's Greenhouse Startup Programmes in South East Asia.
