Within my role as a chairperson of a local playgroup, I chair meetings, negotiate costs, help arrange fund-raising events, recruitment and selection of new staff, search and apply for grants.

I worked in Tinopolis for eight years where I gained valuable experience in project management. I volunteered as business advisor for a local school. This involved regular meetings to ensure that the team met the criteria set by Young Enterprise. We won the competition twice on a Welsh level, and represented the UK in the European finals in Malta.
