As an Autism & Mental Health Consultant, I apply my MA in Autism and my experience as a Peer Educator to enhance the quality and accessibility of services for autistic people. I co-produce and deliver Autism Peer Training to NHS staff, Autistic Peer Workers and Third Sector organisations. I work with NHS staff, Cardiff University researchers, and community partners to design, deliver, and evaluate training, education, and awareness programs, as well as to provide consultancy and support on best practices and policies. I am passionate about empowering autistic people and people with mental health issues to have a voice and a choice in their own care and wellbeing, as well as to promote inclusion and diversity in health and social care settings. I have more than 15 years of work experience in the field of autism and mental health, and I am always eager to learn new skills and collaborate with others who share my mission and vision.
