The Concierge Service is an enhanced customer service program designed to drive maximum benefit from the SEC³URE service whilst taking away much of the administration burden. As Senior Concierge Manager, my role is to proactively support the Healthcare Facilities by managing the initial set up within SEC³URE, overseeing the day-to-day credentialing process and handling e-mail and telephone communications with Healthcare Industry Representatives on their behalf.IntelliCentrics simplifies regulatory compliance by providing resources and tools to help companies - specifically hospitals - make their operations safer.
