Helping to fulfill the mission of Crumbl by bringing families and friends together over a box of the BEST cookies in the world. A couple of key highlights are:- Helped implement and incorporate an Area Development Agreement into Crumbl’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) allowing stores to purchase multi-unit franchise opportunities. This one change increased the franchise sales for Crumbl by over 700% (15 franchises sold in Q2 of 2020 - over 125 franchises sold in Q3, 125+ in Q4…) - Created content including a Location Criteria Packet to assist brokers and franchisees find and select the best locations for their stores- Created the sales roadmap outlining the entire franchise sales process

Managed the entire experience of bringing a new franchisee into the Crumbl system while also continuing to oversee the build out and construction of new stores. Created documentation and systems to elevate the experience. A couple of key highlights include:- Implemented a key relationship with an equipment contractor to automate and streamline the entire equipment purchasing, staging, and delivery process- Created the roadmap for onboarding a new franchisee and what is involved in the process- Oversaw the project management of 60-80 new location builds consistently

Supported all new Crumbl franchises from the time they paid their franchise fee until their store was open. A couple of key highlights include:- Created all processes for the build and construction of new Crumbl franchises (Build Out Guide, Inspection checklists, Equipment Purchasing Guide)- Established relationships with key vendors to support new franchisees in purchasing their store equipment- Managed 75+ new store build projects (Crumbl went from 23 stores open to over 100). Consistently managing 50-80 projects in various build out/store opening stages

As an HR intern I worked closely with several individuals within UVU's Human Resources department. I conducted research and completed several special projects for the AVP of HR. I also worked closely with the Employment Resources Director throughout a University wide Organizational Assessment distributing surveys, analyzing results, and creating additional tools for assessment. Some projects I was responsible for were:- Developing a Team Efficiency Assessment and coordinating its completion among UVU staff.- Organizing Transaction Reports into consumable metrics and presenting to HR leadership.- Distributing departmental surveys to go along with a University wide organizational assessment.- Research on multiple policy updates regarding hiring processes and staff rights & responsibilities.

Based on exceptional performance I was moved into an Inbound Account Development role which included similar efforts with the addition of responding to all inbound web traffic. I still maintained responsibility for pre-sales and qualifying prospective customers prior to meeting with Sales Executives. This included consistent communication and coordination with business decision makers and Sales Executives to ensure a smooth sales process and win's for Domo. In this role I contributed to over $530,000 of contract value and had multiple months of reaching 150% to quota.

As an Account Development Manager I helped drive the growth of Domo’s products, services, and solutions. I was responsible for qualifying prospective customers from outbound efforts prior to meeting with Sales Executives. This included following up on email campaign responses, cold calling business decision makers, trade show follow-up, webinar and event follow-up, and more.

As a compliance consultant I helped small business owners keep and maintain security protocols for the Payment Card Industry (PCI). I was key in helping businesses renew their subscriptions as well as selling additional beneficial products provided by SecurityMetrics. I was one of 5 individuals to launch and implement a compliance product for HIPAA qualified businesses which led to the development of multiple HIPAA compliance sales teams.

As a door-to-door sales representative I spent 3-4 months each summer in different areas of the US selling security alarms and home automation systems. I was involved daily in Vivint's state-of-the-art sales training methods.

Voluntary church mission. I was lucky to be able to share Christian and LDS specific religious values to individuals in Washington. I was assigned to lead and train groups of 3-20 volunteers in teaching and communicating with others. I managed and taught volunteers the importance of effective time management, planning, and goal setting.
