Responsible for all tester acquisition associated with the project; worked with project team to plan and execute testing, and for managing customer expectations and success. Digital Experience testing was introduced in conjunction with a press release from this customer (Shake Shack) and lead to the introduction of a new kind of testing in the Applause testing suite. Following the roll out, responsibilities included scaling this testing type to new customers.
