Equipment Engineer
CurrentAs an equipment engineer, I was assigned to the Division of Cells within the Equipment Sustaining department. My role is to mainly work with the Wet Chemical Etching tools and Autonomous Guided Vehicle.• Oversee and to be accountable for the maintenance of the equipment and drive continuous improvement projects by implementing up-to-date to methods to achieve department goals.• Maintain optimum utilization of equipment and constantly review methods to reduce downtime, increase equipment yield and achieve safety and equipment maintenance KPIs.• Work with different department to improve machine capability when quality issue arises. • Liaise with vendors and spare part suppliers continuously to develop new methods to achieve low cost maintenance systems.• Documenting maintenance procedures and providing training to the team of technicians.•Investigating of root cause for the equipment failures.
