Education it’s the motor!With a background in pedagogy my mission is to work in People department and help employees success inside their company.I am a master's student in Talent Development and HR at IE Business School, with a bachelor's degree in pedagogy from Universidad de Oviedo. I have a passion for learning and developing people, and I have gained valuable experience in human resources through two internships at The Adecco Group and Musarion Play, where I supported recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives. I have also enriched my academic and professional skills by studying abroad at Université de Liège and Universitat de Barcelona, where I learned about educational psychology and cultural diversity. I have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as multiple certifications in English and French. My goal is to become a HR professional who can foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes talent, innovation, and collaboration.
