CEO at Beckett Springs. After several years working along the gulf coast with an amazing group of people, I now have the opportunity to lead a new facility in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area. This facility is part of the Springstone system and soon to be joining the Lifepoint Health system. This is an extraordinary opportunity with a great company and leadership team. Beckett Springs is a 96 bed inpatient psychiatric facility serving the behavioral health and substance use needs of the community. Beckett is the premier provider of care in the area and has a full continuum to include inpatient, and outpatient care (PHP & IOP) in multiple locations including West Chester and Dayton, OH. Beckett provides specialized services for the Military and First Responder community. As the son of a WWII veteran and with family members that were both fire and police, this is a service that is near and dear to my heart. Beckett provides care to all age groups with Patient Centered programming with a family focus. Beckett offers various proven therapeutic approaches to meet the patients need including groups, medication management, after care coordination, individualized treatment plans, yoga therapy, pet therapy and soon to be the first providers of gardening therapy in the area.Previous Behavioral Health CEO experience along the Gulf Coast. Extensive expertise in managing and expanding large mental health programs. For years managed a 4 million dollar Psychiatric Screening program with over 65 employees and 8000 consumers served. During that time expanded services by 50% including coordination of grant and government funding. Developed the vision and implementation of New Jersey's first Crisis Community Based Response Center which is considered a benchmark for other programs developed in the state.
