Support management and board directors of the company in all coordination activities of the R&D laboratory and quality team, such as:Conducting new projects of products and packaging, creating new products and reformulating for product and process improvements;Elaboration of nutritional calculations and labeling information; document and allergen management, review of procedures, forms, work instructions; Analysis and renewal of documents of the organs: Ibama, Cetesb and Anvisa.Elaboration of reports, cost sheets, technical specifications and product structures;Preparation of prototypes and realization of industrial tests of new inputs, new products and packaging.-Suporte à gerência e diretoria da empresa em todas as atividades de coordenação dolaboratório P&D e equipe da qualidade, tais como:Condução de projetos de novos produtos e embalagens, criação de fórmulas para novosprodutos e reformulação para melhorias de produto e processo;Elaboração de cálculos nutricionais e informações de rotulagem;Elaboração de laudos, planilhas de custos, especificações técnicas e estruturas de produtos, gestão de documentos e alergênicos, revisão de procedimentos, formulários, instruções de trabalho; Analise e renovação de documentos dos órgãos: Ibama, Cetesb e Anvisa.Preparo de protótipos e realização de testes industriais de novos insumos, novos produtose embalagens.
