In my role as Systems Administrator I managed Dell PowerEdge servers with Dell Open Manage Enterprise. I also deployed Windows and Red Hat vm’s using vmware vSphere. I used WSUS to patch Windows VM's. I used Ansible Automation Platform to push regular security patches to both Windows and Linux, as well as managing ACL’s and SELinux policies. I have experience with building IIS, Apache, Tomcat and NGINX web servers with modern security standards. I also manage all server backups to Veeam Backup & Replication. I write both bash and powershell scripts to automate administration tasks. I work with the Veeam & vSphere libraries to generate reports. I also wrote Ansible playbooks using gitops practices to perform system administration across a collection of rhel servers.

I implemented University of the Arts first print management payback system in 2014. I leveraged Nagios Core and NagVis monitoring software to report live toner and print supply info to our help desk. As well, I utilize Quest KACE to remotely deploy software to campus computer labs. I managed over 90 Xerox networked copier and printers across campus using Pharos Uniprint, Off the Glass, and Popup software. I managed Windows Server 2012 to import daily data feeds to maintain database records in the Pharos SQL database. I performed SQL database backups and Windows and Linux server upgrades. I also managed acl policies to keep printers secured.

I worked with large format inkjet prints, laser prints, and offset printing. I produced typesetting and design, as well as pre-press work for offset printing. Also, I operated professional finishing equipment to produce saddle stitched booklets and just about any office print component you can think of. My job was to make sure the client's work looked good and was professionally produced. I developed an advanced level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Command Workstation and Xerox RIP software. I also troubleshooted issues with the Fiery servers and Canon RIP servers.
