I took up this role as a producer and specialist at Aalto to finish what we started in the Oasis of radical wellbeing project in 2021. This is a way for me to explore creative wellbeing in practice. I believe wellbeing - in academia, in student life, among underepresented people, amongst all of us - is an issue worth exploring. I am also certain that creative wellbeing is a growing business opportunity and my expertise in it deepens with this mission ending in 2024.

I restarted as an independent story design specialist and producer in 2019. It is about more than just the medium, it’s really all about the people creating stories and what needs to be done to tell them better. I am a rare mix of media expertise and I do podcasts, audio production, video (films ad streaming productions), print and book publishing as well as online webinars and sparring.Lately I have been thrilled by getting the opportunity to engage in creative wellbeing media projects (streams, podcasts, webinars, short films) at Aalto University. I have also been working closely with Academy of Brain, The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, the Federation of Finnish Learned Societies (TSV) and The Committee for Public Information (TJNK) on streams, videos and podcast series.To keep close to stories and a passion, I also edit a few books every year.

In 2018 I decided to set out on a new voyage. It made me a premium independent producer. This is how I described it then:I look for purposeful and/or cool things to do within and with the media and storytelling business. I help make stories better and take care of large and small productions and comms campaigns. I am specialized in an uncommon range of media: books, video and audio. I have a firm background in digital media, tv, publishing and journalism. I am also seasoned in coaching content makers and pitching and developing ideas. I teach.The story behind the term Dynokstra is a dream I had in 2014. In it I interviewed a superhero called Dynokstra. I guess then, as a father of two teenager boys, I became one in my lucid dream. Hence, when I became independent, I adapted this superhero as my guiding spirit. I don't remember how he looks, and it is not the name of a company... Not yet, at least! Dynokstra made me start on a journey into VR.

Interim media specialist and production manager with multiple production as well as development assignments.

During this short stint I worked with Finnish writers producing serial audio books. I got to experience a new form in the making, and a business giving a new future for literature - even old and forgotten books. But... not a match.

I was in charge of both translated and Finnish general non fiction. I worked on around twenty titles a year. They included biographies, pictorials, psychology, cookbooks, history books, you name it! I learned to work on very demanding content and built a wide range of contacts among writers. editors and designers.

I was in charge of Finnish fiction. My assignment was to find new and take care of existing literary talent. In addition to this I dug deep into transmedia through contacting my tv connections in order to steer on my part the evolution of a 140 year old publishing house into a diverging media universe.

I specialized in storytelling development for tv, internet and radio. My goal was, as it has been in my positions since, to converge narratives in all these, i.e. produce innovative transmedia. I also delved extensively in customer insight using RISC and audience probing toolsets. I also produced a whole lot of tv and transmedia content.

In charge of the Finnish Broadcasting Company's Entertainment production unit. Ca 50 employees in two cities. Member of the managing board of Visio, the content production branch. In charge of development of entertainment content in tv and radio. I stood in for the duration of my executive's maternity leave.
