Working across multiple customer accounts on projects of varying sizes I successfully delivered to Transpower, Ministry of Justice, Meridian Energy, MBIE as well as numerous internal projects.I worked as the acting Fujitsu Portfolio Manager at the Ministry of Justice for one year during which time I worked with the Ministry senior management to manage the pipeline and ongoing work and as a point of escalation. My projects ranged between $10k and $400k with teams of up to 15. Implementing Oracle e*Business Suite as part a major business transformation project which will streamline the procure to pay business processes accross the Health Sector. Working within the Sector Services business unit, the initial phase of the project was to implement and configure Oracle e*Business modules, Sourcing, Contracting and i-Supplier. Utilising Oracle Policy Automation and Business Process Management functionality, the project utilised capabilities from new and existing systems to streamline the payment process using a 'clean payment file' approach..Working closely with a number of vendors and representatives from DHB's, SCI, MBIE and the Procurement team, I co-ordinated the activities around the configuration, change management, Infrastructure and vendor engagement to progressively develop the capabilities in preparation for the business change.

Working within the Technology & Shared Services Design & Delivery programme to deliver projects, across the geographically dispersed delivery teams and business stakeholders. I was responsible for working with the Business Owners and Investment Managers to develop business cases initially, and then working to deliver against these through to project close out following the Telecom project governance model.I reported to the PMO, Programme Manager, Business Owner and steering committees across the different areas of Telecom (Wholesale, Retail, Shared Services, Chorus etc). The projects ranged from small discovery pieces of work to enterprise-wide implementation utilising 35+ staff and costing $5M. I worked with the Project Planners following the implementation of Primavera to provide input into the setup of the programme plan templates and ensured that team members were supported. I championed improvements to financial forecasting within Telecom at all levels to increase predictability.Projects included:• 4-year project to migrate 600+ corporate customers from legacy billing system to Online billing system.• Complete systems audit of over 1300 Telecom business systems and the Initiation of several critical projects to meet mandated government operational separation criteria for Telecoms split between Wholesale, Chorus and Retail.• Completion of projects to ensure compliance with government Operational Separation commitments.• Enterprise Business Intelligence Capability 3-4 Year project to reconcile existing BI systems into one centralised, industry-standard information model.• Mobile Provisioning Improvement.• Billdats XT Migration: Migration of mediation data processing from legacy system to FMO for all Mobile / SME / Lightsurf.• Collections Management System replacement project.• Business Objects Consolidation project to bring together the diverse instances within Telecom under a single new version and a new SAP licence agreement.

Working within the DVLA managing multiple new infrastructure projects from quotations to transition to support. Fujitsu Services utilised specialised resources located throughout the UK, and account-specific resources at the DVLA along with IBM (prime contractor). Responsible for the management of multiple matrix teams to deliver projects to tight timescales and budgetary constraints whilst liaising with, and reporting to Fujitsu, DVLA and IBM board members.
