Directly related to the Group Supply Chain and Purchase Director, my mission for this newly created position is to centralise and manage all the Fleet of the group made up of 150 assets (vehicles and trucks) for all internal and external operations.This Management Centralisation would permit Cost Optimisation through :- Better Administrative and Maintenance management,- Good overview on Drivers performance and Dispatch,- Fuel and procurement management,- Monitoring and controlling the on-site construction machinery,- Promoting best practices, ecodriving, and the best working atmosphere for a better global productivity.
