Transport Coordinator on Arctic LNG 2 an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for three liquefied natural gas (LNG) trains on the Gydan Peninsula in Western Siberia, Russia.The project is being driven from Paris and leverages our expertise at centers around the world.The three LNG trains modules will be fabricated in China and then installed on concrete structures in Murmansk, then towed to the Gydan Peninsula. Held in place by gravity-based structures, they will sit side by side near the shore. EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation , Commissioning & Start-up) of the Coral South FLNG (Floating Liquefied Natural Gas) facility and its associated risers, flowlines system, umbilicals and subsea equipment. Fabricated in Korea and towed to Mozambique to be moored offshore in 2000 m water depth. Within YAMAL LNG project: transport equipment organization for the construction of the natural gas liquefaction plant in Yamal Peninsula, Russia. All modules are fabricated in Asian Yard (China, Indonesia and Philippines) and conveyed to Russian site for assembly. Main tasks: - Shipping documents (Shipping Invoices, Packing Lists) establishment and transfer to the customs representatives,- Transport orders management (Release to Forwarder) and follow up till final destination by airfreight, sea freight or truck by road,- Administration, update information and diffusion of actual shipment status report,- Anticipation of forecast cargo reservations with a panel of freight forwarder: priorities and emergencies management,- Means of transport choice and validation proposed by the freight forwarders according to contractual conditions (marine / air / road).
