Laura began her study of movement science at the University of Maryland, where she earned her B.S. in Kinesiology, and went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Rutgers University, in her home state of New Jersey. She was naturally drawn to the profession of Physical Therapy, as she had always been fascinated by anatomy and the complexities of human movement. She has been in clinical practice for 5 years.Laura is fueled by her desire to empower people with the tools to become their strongest, most resilient selves. She believes that there is no goal too big or too small for rehabilitation or performance optimization. Her philosophy as a healthcare practitioner is to “get to the heart of the matter”; she strives to resolve pain and dysfunction at the source to ensure lasting outcomes. Through her continued studies, she has honed unique strategies to guide her patients on their road to recovery and feeling their best.
