Elle carries a keen understanding of how to frame discussions around balanced approaches that create a shared sense of purpose among various stakeholder groups, strategic partners and the community at large. In 2019, she was selected as one of six capacity building experts to go to Botswana, Africa to develop a curriculum and run workshops for over 20 Civil Society Organizations [CSOs] throughout the country. During her time there she successfully implemented a diverse range of strategies and cross-sector collaborations to help at-risk CSOs sustain and expand their much-needed services to support children, youth and families in the community. Her work and partnerships continue today. Throughout her career Lauren served at the intersection of criminal justice, behavioral health, public health, child welfare, and housing, creating policy and program initiatives to address gaps in services and continuity of care. Elle's vast industry experience provides valuable insight into how the dynamics of each of these complex areas intersects with and impacts the others. Lauren is driven by her inability to accept the status quo and aims to help organizations achieve sustainable growth while delivering higher quality services.
