I joined this company with little programming experience. I quickly became a powerful IC, and grew into a tech lead and successful manager. I ensured the timely execution and delivery of many mission critical reporting solutions.• Managed a team of highly skilled reporting developers who built and maintained reporting solutions, driving $12B in program size and $25M in revenue, which reliably went out monthly to our customers.

• Leading IC for web applications that support reporting and data engineering/management for our sales cycle and internal democratization of data.• Led the creation and maintenance of an analytics warehouse supporting a 50+ person department. Automated ETL and data generation processes that populated the warehouse.
