14 years of experience working with high-dimensional genomic data, implementing secure, scalable and reproducible cloud infrastructure and developing innovative AI methods to interpret NGS/Imaging data to target discovery, target validation, gene editing and system biology programs in Hospitals, Biotechs and Big Pharma. **Biotech Consultant/Advisor** (2020 to present): Advise on technology, computational biology and bioinformatics strategy for emerging BioTechs building data lakes and novel methods to accelerate the process of target discovery, gene editing and drug development pipelines**Founder and Organizer of [Women in Bioinformatics](https://www.meetup.com/boston-area-womens-bioinformatics/) in the Boston Area** (2016 to present): Empowering women in computational biology and bioinformatics in academia and biotech by creating a safe and supportive space for career development alongside like-minded peers.**Board Member at [AWIS MASS](https://massawis.org/board-members-2024-2025/) - Mentoring committee** (2024 to present): Fostering the mentoring effort in the organization.**[Ambassador](https://www.nextflow.io/ambassadors.html) Nextflow** (2024 to present): Empowering the use of [Nextflow](https://www.nextflow.io/index.html) and [nf-core](https://nf-co.re) technology in the genomic space.**Co-chair of [Genomics Bioinformatics](https://abrf.org/research-groups/genomics/genomics-bioinformatics/) ABRF** (2024 to present): Continuing the effort to investigate genomics technologies applied in cores. At NextRNA Therapeutics, I lead a team of FTEs and CROs to use NGS technologies for target identification and drug discovery programs focused on RNA structure and RNA-Protein interaction. I was responsible for the cloud infrastructure to analyze and store patient data securely under NIH legal compliance. I built the internal interactive visualization platform to speed up the knowledge sharing across groups. At eGenesis, I internalized NGS technology (10X, nanopore and Illumina) and built bioinformatics platform to validate our genome editing xenotransplantation programs and understand the immunological response of pig organs in non-human primates. At Harvard School of Public Health, I led the data science effort in a multi-million dollar collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim and multiple groups at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Besides that, I collaborated with more than 30 groups in projects dedicated to platform development, neurodegeneration and oncology biology.
