Work as an Owners representative for construction projects with tasks ranging from document management, change process, vendor agreements, accounting management, and site observation.

Responsible for creation, coordination and completion of construction documents in conjunction with Project Manager and draftsmen. Assist with preliminary designs and generation of design documents ie. diagrams, plans, models, etc.

Responsibilities include managing requests and setting up tours for prospective students as well as assisting the Admissions Office in the School of Architecture with planning and carrying out events throughout the school. This includes designing and distribution of fliers, postcards, mailings, etc.

A week of internship at the firm consisted of assisting on a project that was in the beginning stages based along the Los Angeles River as well as doing light research on another project in progress. Was exposed to an actual work environment and went along on a site visit and client meeting.

As a school ambassador I helped at various events, such as open houses, admitted student events, student panels etc. as well as responsible for several weekly times for both walk-in and scheduled tours to prospective visiting students.
