INTEREST: Art and science for engineering the future of humanity. Essentially the metaphysics which is yet to be fully defined as the science for the orchestration of the lesser arts and science that formulate progress study for the survival of humanity; where as metaphysics is the lesser science of thought which is the primary science of existence.OBJECTIVE:I am looking for the opportunity to seek others with aptitude intelligence and comprehension needed to study investigate and discover the purpose, motive and intent of humanity. With this understanding establish specific direction in resolving the problems of governance for the benefit of the world's people; so, they may pursue their birth rite of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Position: Environmental Programs Supervisor development and managing a stewardship program involving the administration of environmental and safety compliance requirements in 29, 32, 40,and 49 CFRs, relating to programs and related projects. As such supervised staff in project and program development with respect to site investigation, training, and guidance for environmental program compliance. Supervision entailed budget development for program along with technical review of projects and programs for 9k personnel at 94 locations throughout the state. Areas of program management included natural and cultural resources, hazardous materials, toxic substances, and waste, storage tanks, and water and air issues. Areas of planning and review included property acquisition, land use, training and operations, construction, maintenance, repair, and stewardship. Customer service and organizational commitment goals: including customer respect, courtesy, tact, timely responses in dealing with all aspects of the operation while seeking out and persistently resolving obstacles through use of alternative solutions, direction and feedback from supervisors, and following through appropriately. I lead by example. I encourage team work and timeliness in the execution of all task.

Geologist, supervisor for geotechnical engineering investigation and study of ground water hydrology and well production. Performed mapping of outcrop geology, borrow pit, cut and fill, foundation grouting, cutoff walls, etc.. Supervised the location and installation of piezometers, and slope indicators for the planning, design, and development, of buildings, dams, bridges, etc. Interpreted and documented soils and rock description, identification for evaluation of building site location and development. Assisted in planning and design of buildings, dams, bridges, cutoff walls, retention basins, cooling ponds, borrow pits, leaching fields, dredging operations, etc. Located and surveyed construction sites for the development of plans and drawings. Made and recorded test and sampled site soils for study, or investigation. Conducted test and studies on ground water for transmissivity, resistivity test for electrical grid; vane shear for fill failure; flat jack test for thrust plate competence; hydrologic monitoring programs for lake, river, dam competence; and other geotechnical procedure skills
