Cisco Project Manager for client Bank of America; Branch Transformation Project Complete overhaul of nearly 5,000 bank locations with new circuits, SDWAN technology, Pervasive Wi-Fi, and LTE routers.

3 year contract position with Bank of America Projects worked include large contact center decommissions including firewall removal and DMZ routing updates. Built/reconfigured B2B VPN tunnel connections; Load balancing (VIP/WIP) projects. Main project to decommission retail bank sites after closure - removing / wiping network equipment including routers, switches, waps - controlling a project budget over $2Mil annually.

Deployment PM lead for the CDMA 911 Hosting project which involved the migration of 911 traffic utilizing Sprint owned Mobile Positioning Center / Position Determining Equipment to a hosted solution. • Project had an estimated $500,000 in IT/Network development costs and a commitment of at least $30M total spend. • Led creation of processes between Sprint’s managed service partner and hosting vendor. • Coordinated involvement of multiple teams impacted during migration as well as building new internal processes once migration completes. • Performed data analysis from several systems to determine readiness to migrate to hosted solution.Wireless Network Guardian project – deployment of equipment into 32 regional data centers with an overall budget of $45M with the purpose to provide near real time analytics of data usage.Coordinated equipment delivery and resource availability from both the vendor and Sprint’s managed service partner (Ericsson). Verified use of measured resource units for billing purposes.Reviewed and compiled more than 200 PowerPoint slides for inclusion in weekly Core Deployment status deck that was distributed to several groups internally and externally.

Led project to upgrade retail branch back counter application as well as the application residing on the intermediate consolidator server. Project was completed for all branches ahead of the Windows XP deadline; and more than 10% under budget. Led negotiation of vendor Scope of Work, including payment milestones and total expenditure. Directed functional and business requirements discussions and documentation. Review of gap analysis provided by vendor. Developed weekly reporting of project status for stakeholders and various levels of management including monthly Steering Committee reviews and bi-weekly IT Director High Attention reviews.

Supported Sprint's cable partners in deploying VoIP 911 services. Represented 911 team in LEAN process mapping that resulted in reorganization of single function teams into multi-discipline cross functional teams.

Started with Sprint as part of Numbering group, maintaining availibitly of numbers for customer activiation, testing and as required by industry. Moved to Wireless 911 group where I was responsible for reviewing and resolving disputes on approx. $750K monthly vendor invoice as well as establishing 911 cost recovery where allowed by state statute. Lastly, part of wireless 911 deployment group where I implemented 911 services in 4 states, Washington DC and the US Virgin Islands. Troubleshooting of misrouted 911 calls nationwide.
