• Direct report to the unit manager and the board of the Institute, being the deputy manager to a team of 6 specialists.• Oversaw the launch of 30 new products: vaccines, biopharmaceuticals and in-vitro diagnostics.• Negotiated Agreements (Technology Transfer and Supply) and acted as Product Manager for the launch of 6 biopharmaceuticals on the Brazilian public market under the Productive Development Partnerships (PDPs) policy.• Responsible for the approval by the MoH of 4 new PDPs projects with International and Brazilian partners.

• Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Managert, including PDPs.• Procurement, Supply chain, Import and Export Manager.• Responsible for a team of 12 professionals.• Responsible for the establishment of 2 PDPs with two public laboratories for the supply of strategic medicines to the MoH.• Attended international fairs and events assessing and effectively bringing new clients and developing new suppliers.• Implemented drawback special tax regimen, with tax exemption on raw materials for the production intended for export.• Responsible for the procurement contracts for the project of a new API manufacturing site.
