Global Human Resources leadership including developing and executing the human resource strategy in support for the overall business plan and organizational transformation. Specific responsibilities include talent management, culture, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, HRMS (Successfactors) and compensation. Manage a team of 35 employees in 5 countries. Report to the CEO and a member of Executive staff. Work with the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee on people-related matters

Responsible for end-to-end talent management, including strategies and programs from succession planning, leadership and organizational development, performance management, learning and development/capability building and talent acquisition reporting to the CHRO.

Responsible for providing strategic Human Resources support and counsel to the Integrated Network Solutions Business Group, the largest global business group at Flextronics ($12 Billion in revenue from the largest customers in Networking, Telecommunications and Server & Storage)..Advise and counsel INS President and business leaders on matters related to talent management. Responsibilities include driving initiatives in succession planning, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, communications and change management.Partner with COE's and local HR teams to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions.

-Provide executive coaching and organizational consulting to assist business in architecting optimal people structures.-Manage, design and deliver Marketing-wide Human Resources projects including Executive Leadership Review, Workforce Planning, Organizational Assessment, Marketing Globalization Project Change Management Plan, Marketing Professional Development, Operations Reviews-Responsible for all aspects of driving and delivering HR programs and initiatives including for Marketing clients.
