Manage all Financial aspects of the Company.

• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly and year-end financial information for a 200 million a year company• Prepare and report on cost accounting and inventory• Report accounting activities to CFO• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to management for special projects as needed• Prepare Month End reconciliations for multiple companies• Reconcile investment accounts for over twelve companies• Maintain and update Fixed Assets/Depreciation schedules monthly• Assist with year-end financial audits for multiple subsidiaries • Manage Accounting staff, including A/R and A/P personnel of 5 • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in order to provide for a collaborative team environment• Manage Payroll processing for over 400 employees including time management system

• Prepare Month End account reconciliations• Reconcile prepaid, fixed assets and expense accounts • Prepare and posted all journal entries• Reconcile multiple bank accounts• Supervise Accounting staff to include A/P and A/R• Prepare and process commission schedules for six Sales Representatives• Prepare sales and use tax reporting for multiple States monthly• Reconcile inter-company transactions• Maintain and process Payroll for over 150 employees

• Maintain and update Fixed Assets/Depreciation schedules monthly• Prepare and post all journal entries• Prepare multiple Financial Statements• Prepare Accrual calculation and post monthly entries• Reconcile Employee and Stock loan accounts monthly• Reconcile prepaid expense accounts including rents for over 50 locations• Prepare sales and use tax reporting for 35 states monthly• Prepare Month End account reconciliations• Reconcile inter-company transactions
