Centralized public web access to Official County Agency GIS data and applications by creating Sonoma County GIS website.- Proposed and implemented official Agency "one-stop shop" for public web access to GIS data and applications.- Executed website build-out in ArcGIS Hub. Customized page content using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.- Worked with County of Sonoma Web Team to comply with ADA-accessibility and branding web standards.Accelerated public notification of County road events by creating the Agency's official Road Closures & Delays mapping application and website.- Application includes a view-only map for public consumption, as well as a secured (password-protected) map that allows authorized users to edit features on the map.- All road events listed (in the embedded map and table) are data-driven, with user edits updating every 2 minutes.- Created the embedded interactive map application using the ArcGIS Online WebApp Builder API. Executed build-out of website landing page using ArcGIS Hub. Customized page content using HTML and CSS in conjunction with built-in site builder tools, as well as ArcGIS API for Javascript tools.- Following 2017 Santa Rosa Fires, re-built the application and data structure to reside entirely in the cloud (within ArcGIS Online), thereby resolving scalability issues experienced with local servers.Improved workflows by automating GIS data processing and publishing tasks- Automated daily publishing of data from editing to production database environments during off hours.- Using spatial processing python tools (ArcPy), automated the population of fields such as elevation, latitude and longitude, that would have otherwise been entered manually, thereby saving time and reducing potential user input error.- Automation was scripted using SQL, python and ArcPy on Windows server in conjunction with SQL Server Management Studio.
