As Product Manager for Fidelity’s AI Incubator, I leverage design research to uncover deep insights about the challenges our customers face and the products and features they genuinely desire. I then develop the vision and roadmap to guide our team to deliver new and innovative products and services that combine the latest AI/ML technologies with our business processes and 3rd party tools running on cloud-based platforms using API architectures. My team is currently working on a new, instrumented platform that will provide the data exhaust our AI learning algorithms require to drive the scale and efficiency improvements our 401K servicing division must have to support aggressive growth targets. In parallel, I am performing design and market research for new products that will give our Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) the competitive advantage they need to compete in a market that is experiencing heavy price compression.Our team has enjoyed success by making use of technologies like Postgre, Kafka, SOLR, Rest, Apigee, Salesforce Lightning, RPA, BPMN, and Kibana, and ensuring our solutions are feasible and viable within the Fidelity environment.

Lead a scrum team to enhance our real-time, API-driven, personalization platform and recommendation engine to support A/B hypothesis testing of our web experience and contact center call-routing system. Analyzed features, wrote user stories, and prioritized the product backlog for high business-value items. Changes from these initiatives contributed to $3B of new money in-flows over the first 2 years. Technologies included Kafka, Splunk, Cassandra, Kibana, and REST APIs.

Delivered global projects in the data warehousing, financial data marts, and enterprise applications areas running SAS software. Authored statements of work, product roadmaps, test plans, project plans, and project schedules.

Managed development efforts for HealthStream's SaaS platform. Delivered enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and hardware infrastructure projects. Played an instrumental role in transitioning the organization to Scrum. Provided product development mentoring for a new "competency center" product that launched in 2010. Provided MS Project Server administration, SharePoint administration, and Technical Lead support and mentoring. Worked to mature PMO using industry standards and best practices. Developed project plan templates, document templates, and business processes.

Lead a team through the digitization and automation of monthly and quarterly financial reports using Cognos tools and Six-Sigma methodologies.

Managed the integrated testing efforts for Capital One's Helix Program, a $1B initiative to overhaul the core technology infrastructure. Coordinated the business validation of all workstreams to ensure continuity and performance goals were met. Program Helix laid the foundation for building Capital One's "Card Lab" and the innovative Fintech offerings it has today.

Lead analyst for the IT team that supported the firms 800+ lawyers in numerous offices around the globe.

I redesigned the release-management process to support piecemeal installs of Capital One's Financial Services software.

I built a process to support the addition of location-based services to GDT's digital map assets allowing them to secure a contract with Denso electronics who supplied NAV systems to Toyota/Lexus. GDT's LBS product debuted in Lexus' flagship LS400 model.

Implemented features for wireless meter-reading software.

Characterized the performance of Cabletron's Spectrum and VLAN management software for use by sales-engineers to calculate pricing.
