Together with Ron Milligan, we founded the Select Team to honor our roots at RE/MAX Select as all but one of our agents came with us to Fiv. The Select Team is growing and would love to have more agents to help serve the demand!I specialize in Wealth Enhancement through real estate. I advise Sellers on minimal changes to maximize selling price and advise Buyers on finding properties with built-in instant equity. I have many investor clients as well as residential income property is a great way to build wealth.Over twenty years of hard work as a real estate agent and broker in the most challenging real estate market in history has led to my definition of success, which is "Fabulous Knowledge, Fabulous Service, Fabulous Results".
