Researching methods to enable scalability and generalization for multi-agent reinforcement learning.My work focuses on modeling communication between heterogeneous multi-agent teams and employs a range of techniques, including online and offline reinforcement learning, meta-reinforcement learning, Graph Neural Networks, and diffusion models for sequential decision making. I have developed frameworks to facilitate the transfer of multi-agent communication protocols and methods to adapt multi-agent coordination across diverse team compositions. These advancements contribute to improving the performance and flexibility of multi-agent systems in varied environments.

Research, development, and implementation of ML/AI algorithms for national security applications.Graduate research contributions focus on various aspects of multi-agent systems learning, including learning communication protocols, developing scalable deep reinforcement learning frameworks, and applying reinforcement learning for coordination and control.

Undergraduate research contributions include the development of hardware and software infrastructure to support robotics research, such as establishing multi-agent test beds, advancing multi-copter platforms, and implementing algorithms for control and navigation.

Developed and integrated autonomous systems for race-car robots used for self-driving research. Designed and built hardware and software for race-car robots, including both 1/5th and 1/10th scale vehicles used in self-driving research. I integrated full robotics autonomy stacks into both simulation and hardware platforms, incorporating onboard sensors such as IMU, LIDAR, and stereo cameras. My work involved implementing cutting-edge algorithms for SLAM, path-planning, and trajectory generation. As a team lead, I managed a group of over six undergraduate researchers, overseeing project progress and communicating results to the principal investigator and sponsors.

Developed RF communication protocols and evaluated system security for embedded systems.Designed a custom radio-frequency communication protocol for networked embedded systems and created software to test the system's resilience against reverse-engineering and cybersecurity threats.
