• Supervising marine deck operations on a daily basis• Planning daily work schedule and attending daily planning meetings• Supervising the able seaman, ordinary seaman, and the paint crew• Emergency response team leader and 2nd in command for ballast emergency team.• FRC coxswain on duty• Primary helicopter landing officer on tour• Responsible for all hydrocarbon and bulk transfers to/from supply vessels during the tour• Carry out checks on all marine equipment fire and safety systems and SCBA.• Carrying out cement jobs, shipping cement during cement job supervising• 3rd Party annual inspections and 3rd party project jobs carrying out advanced safety audits• Training introductions and mentoring of national crew members with the marine department to gain confidence and familiarisation with the job and equipment.• Most responsibilities and duties to equal to barge supervisor.• Supervision of crews and helideck operations as HLO.• Inspection & maintenance on firefighting systems and safety systems with particular attention to fixed firefighting systems including FM200, CO2 & deluge systems including lifeboats, life rafts and coxswain of fast rescue craft training local crews in firefighting and use of firefighting media and marine survival techniques.• Maintaining water tight integrity of the rig• Anchor winch operator during mooring operations and rig skid operations• Maintenance and use of bulk transfer systems supervision and training of crew
