Work closely with QA/QC Manager to assist where needed on production work, mud engineering, and other QA/QC laboratory needs. Step in as QA/QC supervisor in the absence of the lab manager. Work closely with the sales department to write case histories on important field jobs, projects, and sales opportunities- as well as increasing documentation. Assist sales department with technical services; delegate and/or perform work and design projects as they come in from customers and sales representatives.
