My responsibilities encompassed- the meticulous care and management of the medicinal tea and herb garden-extensive weeding, landscaping, and upkeep of outdoor spaces to preserve the farm's aesthetic appeal and functionality and assisting in the upkeep and repair of farm infrastructure-Collaborating with team members to plan, market and execute immersive three-course farm-to-table events, fostering connections between the farm and local community, showcasing the farm's bounty through culinary experiences that highlighted our locally sourced ingredients.-Contributed to the operations of the farm store, showcasing our produce and herbal products to customers, including baked goods and teas sourced directly from the farm.

-Extensive experience with mammalian cell culture, Lentiviral transfection, molecular biology techniques, plasmid purification, restriction enzyme cloning, CRISPR, surface staining, Flow cytometry, luciferase, multiplex cytometric bead arrays and other reporter and functional assays. -Responsible for managing lab stocks, inventories, supplies, purchasing etc.-Generate, analyze, organize and present data to various audiences- Troubleshoot complex protocols and equipment- Continuously optimize lentiviral titers and significantly increase the efficiency/output of reporter and screening assays- Collaborate within a diverse lab group and among other groups to prioritize overlapping projects.
