Following my transfer to PI Costing I undertook the following responsibilities:Caseload of approximately 100 files to negotiateMixture of personal injury and clinical negligence casesIssuing part 8 proceedings and obtaining part 8 ordersCommencing detailed assessment and completing N252 court documentsPreparing file bundles for provisional and detailed assessment The majority of my caseload was complex clinical negligence work in so far as there were CFA and funding issues which have been made public rendering those particular cases notoriously difficult to conclude without the need for an assessment hearing.
